Visited The Fennel gallery recently. Realized they only open sales up till floor 17 for the final blocked C. Remainining floors will be open in due course. Learning from the floor price of level 17 and comparing with block A/D, I would say, there would be a price of 15% premium vs older blockes. But still competitive for such an iconic architecture and comparing with other projects around the vicinity.

Commercial:d2,d5,d8 Mixed: Ktm village Unsure if YTl plan to launch Sentul west in between. Mulberry (high end resi) is one of the project that has been the talk in the past.
