Why get so excited. I am certain the developer and consultants are compliance with regulations and laws.

It doesn't take a lot of effort or money, randomly remove a few piece to test. I am sure many residents will be pleased to witness.

Minimum amount of EPF contribution is by law, EPF will have all contributors numbers.

$ psf is heavily prompted by re agents as it made actual price feels small.

With so many developer units still available, good chance for auction price to drop below most expectations.
