interest free 2 years installment plans for 20% dp, think that easy? if said the prop selling at 1 million, 20% is 200k.
1. ur credit card limit must more than 200k
2. u need to pay up 200k in 2 years.
with the 2 point above, Ur financial grade is super A+++ lol.
No point bank will reject ur loan coz u can pay the prop easily.

DSR will not be affected because when the loan application is being reviewed, u only paid the booking fees earlier. Only after it is approved, then only u use the credit cards! thumbup.gif

I think the assumption is the buyer already has at least 10% of the purchase price but they are worried their loan applications might get rejected. So this is like a safety net for them. Therefore they only need to pay up 10% in installments and the balance in cash. Those who can pay 8k each month for 2 years wouldn't need this facility.

Haha, I believe above concept is good but not easy and attractive to those who have few cards each with limit RM 50k above.

It should be ideal for properties around RM 500-700k but thats great if the developer wiling to absorb the free interest of up to 20%.

good idea, are they allow 3 cards?
so far my experience with other developer is they only allow 1 card and 1 transaction. cannot split the bill in difference bill.

In this time when it is so difficult to get loans, it is good to act smart & outmanoeuvre the bank to get the loan so that you can get the prop that you want! biggrin.gif
