i had a very bad experience with your maxis centre @ Taman Molek JB branch. it was 6/11/2015, 1pm

Last time have a queue number machine, just press A B C then have queue number.

service counter who dealing with New Device purchase .. only 1 staff? one man show to serve so many customers? then the other two counter just sit there and serve no one? ask them, they tell me go counter 5
and the staff are impolite, and not friendly not helpful!!
