Not saying that these reps are "polluted" per se. but it's the assurance that's missing and asked by the people. some questions were left unanswered: whats the selection criteria, why is this company chosen etc.

Regardless on whether they are stiil active or not, as long as they are involved in the selection, i'm fine with that as there are check and balance there. If they are not active, then i would question the wactchdog on why we are sending the ppl that are not committed... if thats the case, i would suggest that our friend, richardss to be in the JMC in the coming term. |

Can anyone please share the contact details of a shop that can do?
Preferably one that is nearby and already fimiliar with grille design for Midfields.

may I know what the maintaining fees @psf? 0.40?
No control of type of residents it can be rent to? As i heard once "AF" in the area, the rent price will go down as peoples dislike it. How worst now?
