One way is to apply to UK company that has a branch in Malaysia. That's what I did, I applied for a job with a company based in the UK (Oil and Gas company) and I'm going to be based in Gatwick, London.

Yeah, I'll be doing my office assignment in Gatwick, London. Unfortunately since I spend most of my time offshore I get paid in US dollars . But my housing expenses will be paid for while I'm there and the office is just a short tube ride away so I guess I don't really have a lot to complain.
