i can easily steam roll protoss , terran provides some challenge, but i totally and utterly find it near impossible to beat a zerg player that doesnt make a fatal mistake.
zerg units move so fast it gives them map control and they can attack so early. wall off used to work....until they come with banelings, and then their units just pour in like numberless. I can't wrestle map control with them and my record says zerg needs rebalancing.
The only one time i beat zerg was when i turtle after scouting early muta, giving up map control, set up 4 turrents with 2 widow mine to def every expansion and deny his expansion with a widow mine planted at every mineral site near him. then frustrate him enough to win.
zerg cannot be allowed to be left untouch for too long time, they just simply macro and expand faster than any 1 expected, which i also some times lose lol
I usually play terran mech and turtle up till at least 150/200 or 200/200 with 4 bases before moving out (and with early hellbat and/or banshee to kill 3rd base of zerg). Since i am a very low apm player, mech is the only viable option for me. There were a few times I manage to beat zerg players with 2x my APM and whose level is higher than mine. (he's diamond/plat and I am gold)
Usually a well defend 3 base protoss and terran can easily steamrolled me...
Unless u left me unharrassed for too long and i detect u r turtling hard...i will simply expand base like mad and spread creep most of the map...usually terran player will gg...
Also important tip for terran...always scan and kill of creep spread...without creep spread i wont have vision of the map and hard to anticipate opponent movement/suprise attack...
Do you have some links to the websites which shows some streams of latest zerg strategies, I remember those a lot really many many times in my life. I simply got older and that's it really. I may watch few of them in a month cause of job and other duties.
