I usually play terran mech and turtle up till at least 150/200 or 200/200 with 4 bases before moving out (and with early hellbat and/or banshee to kill 3rd base of zerg).
Since i am a very low apm player, mech is the only viable option for me. There were a few times I manage to beat zerg players with 2x my APM and whose level is higher than mine. (he's diamond/plat and I am gold)
