No increment and bonus yet. Is this expected in current economic..?

does title really important ? now im working as an engineer in a small company, currently being offered to join mnc as an technician but having 60% increment of my current basic salary and better work life schedule.

62.5% to be exact haha. taking around 4k+ currently
hopefully this is the wise decision for me as to learn newer thing

Your income is quite good for only having 1.6 years of experience

The he told me an O&G firm offered his friend 8k as a fresh grad, bachelor holder somemore and no prior relevant experience... Wonder if hes bullshitting lol

It's not about starting, I start with 2.5k, then one and a half yr later ppl offer me 6k

*NO OT pay entitled (once worked from 9am to 6am, sometimes ended earlier at around 1am or 2am, but still when there are testing and commissioning I can stay up to 4am)**
