How come outside bell switch is comes with house but no indoor ding dong box bell? SP setia call themselves ''master'' developer for a 1 mil. over house even a rm 40 box can't supply its customers.. shameful?!!!
more like rubbish developer..poor QC and low quality materials .

btw. I still waiting for almost 2.5Yrs for the WARRANTY CLAIM of my 8pc RUSTY DAMAGED DOOR FRAME to be replaced.!

for all new buyer thinking to buy house with them. ..I not recommend you regret fro rest life

already repair and touch up few time.. still appear worse.. I post photo..
as already damaged by ACID as they clean tiles using high acidic solution. one touch metal. Rosak!!
think filing a civil case on all 80% door frame.. already like this after 1st month VP

I stil chasing every week hammer them for 2 yrs ++
replace to solid wood not metal
the frame wood I buy claimed back already 1.5K
waiting their contractor rm8k (still pending quotes..) bla bla more excuse to delay
I don't care if takes 5 yr or 20 yrs.. I still follow up

my std is very high expectation

by end month if no action by SP staff they have hack entire floor wet wall !!!

Once the company owned by a Chinese was force to sell to Malay director. everything management is screw up ..JUST A JOKE.
politics can be so dirty and unfair
if I complain in Germany about this the people 'mentality' immediately take repairs next day.

outside look nice semi d ..you look sound rich
but inside sucksvdesign..

even my inside 3storey terrance end lot masterdom is twice bigger
as bathroom in middle house instead facing outside front or back

yes right master room have double sink means double size super large take up space away form master room
+ the hall so master room smaller.. decora design Hall room and bathroom single sink just not too big.(facing side in middle
so the master room super long 6.7m x 4 just nice one

many interior design sucks so bad / ext soso ..the architecture so bad no wonder our local uni quality suck poor

worse is the ''foreigner' about poor workmanship very under control QC later a lot problem defect after 2 years all appear.
is a big headache repairs + poor low quality material

well. the entire Selangor & KL is polluted air & noisy ..incl cars fumes ..factory,,shop ,etc..
if want Fresh clean air then beach in jungle away from city town life
