I know foundation contract for SCM2 awarded revently. Any idea when will SCM2 open for business?

i think this education theme property over done....i was at Xiamen Univ at Sepang and the whole place is 150acres....at the peak, 12,500 student (several years later) and ALL the students can be accomodated on-campus (got 150 acres what), and Sun Suria is trying to sell micro apartments to malaysians who think that the students might want to stay outside.....high risk for Sun Suria buyers at Sepang...
