any idea for the petrol station proposed to be build at nortern part?near setia taipan?

when a shop closes just after 6mths....there could be many reasons beside sustainability.
maybe wrong product mixes, wrong targeted customers, infighting btw shareholders, owner deceased and lain lain.......

you also worried abt setia city mall, setia alam price appreciation and all things setia alam...

TO BE HONEST, I AM MORE WORRIED ABOUT YOUR STATE OF MIND AND HEALTH......

really need more chinese in setia area, thats the only way to boost the land commercially. we dont need 1000 mamak & grocery stalls. either that or gomen, glc plan more services here

a lot? have u been to BMC or c180 or uptown or any real commercial area? one row of shops customers in those places tapau whole setia prima alr.

A modern contemporary designed mosque also will be built beside Tesco.. setia alam will have 2 mosque in future. South & North..

U r comparing a commercial center of 30+ yrs with a commercial center of 12yrs.

sa dont have bus. poorfag also avoid it. so the rich dato can chill there by themselves. poorfag like me have to take uber there. then no uber to take back out have to walk.

May be this will be the trend in future. Ppl are getting less n less confident to our current edu system. Rich ppl from EP, EA and Klang will be their targeted customer.
They might be providing for secondary school or college s well. However, u can notice the so called of educity looks more for commercial activities instead of merely providing education services. Construction has been commenced weeks ago...

Putting aside high end/ luxurious condo... the affordable housing in good location is very well received. The latest was Hamstead where it was sold out in 4hours.

Liikewise for those who chose to live in township without public transport.. suck up and do not complain about the traffic... Ubah cara hidup either flexi hour or reach office earlier hehe. 

I can visualize those who choose Ijok, Semenyih etc.. will complain about traffic 5 years down the road..
