Setia sold most of the land to pkns. In turn pkns sold few parcels out to anjung sari and sunsuria.

Sunsuria apartments sold out in record time...as expected banyak investors. Also baru VPed less than 6 months I guess.

ST1 ok lah....filling up reasonably well also. Just that the shops there imo are less enticing nia.
cold dead is not the right description. Perhaps more apt on PKNS shoplots or ST2.

Very difficult for u to prove its done by grass cutter unless u have reliable eye witness or image recording.

Otherwise u have a strong case.

I thought the carpark is tarred.....

For lsmd....even if u want to extend yr side to the border also loc council wont approved de... .must live at least 2'.

For pavillion home...even u want to torn down the pavillion to make it true blue smd also cannot bcos its strata property.
