Not really, many are not aware that Setia Alam North also consists of Casa Sutra, Casa Idaman, Casa Callista, Casa Maia, and soon Sunsuria Hill, those are more upscale residential units, or at least better then Setia Alam South?

I always thought those are under PKNS under the name Alam Nusantara or something...

Went to setia alam north just now. The setia taipan 1 area so lively. KFC drivethru 24hrs open already but not petron. All Seri apartment looks like 70% occupied. But sunsuria apartment only 40%. This area will be the best area in setia alam in future.

Is it true setia taipan looked lively? Hard to believe..last time i was there it was cold dead!

its true... its filling up well compare to one year ago... where setia alam north shoplots near the apartment side still dying.... now more F&B already albeit still less traffic and options compare to southern side....

Visited setia alam north yesterday, tested KFC beside petron statio. Newly opened over man power, most of the staff chit chating, inside quite big, air conditioning is Damm cold. Saw foreign workers enjoying their KFC meal and video conference showing off😂. Nowadays foreign worker are very rich, they finished d tabao some more.

Anyone familiar on the resident's handbook for Seri Jati/Intan/Baiduri/Kasturi apartment? Yesterday went home after work find out my 2nd car passenger screen crack due to hit by stone during grass cutting in the morning. I directly went to guard house to make a report. On today, went to management office, they just show the handbook clause 2.10(j) "Parking at Own Risk". In this case management or the grass cutting contractor really don't need to bear any responsible on it???

I see the fencing has started for construction of mcd at setia taipan d.....can expect mcd breakfast somewheere next year liao hehehe

I hope is a proper shop or a stand alone one. The KFC they built part of Petron is just a lil wasted isnt. Saw someone recommended Flaming Grille, went there and decided to go somewhere instead lol.

those more interesting tenant move in, like the noodle shop and so on..going there at weekend, the crowd is impressive.

OK Sir, I guess EcoWorld made big mistake, they should name it as LINKED Semi-D instead of Pavillion Home, since the layout is same..    

Haha! No doubt we get more natural light, better air flow & can proudly call it a real semi-d house with 10ft empty backyard, but I suspect more ppl shall choose the full extended unit with larger bu although need to sacrifice some natural light & air flow at the back & only get to call it a linked semi-d.

Btw i think EA pavilion home is designed as such to solve the typical problem of a cluster house ie. poor natural light & air flow at the back. But something has to give in order to get the desire bu, hence extension is done at the side instead of the back. Need to also note that 1 very important feature in EA is the 20ft backlane garden.

Give u another question, which one u think shall cost more for the developer to build, real semi-d or cluster with the same land size? Not necessary to answer the question, am just trying to put things into perspective here.
