no I didn't measure or research in detail, just merely checked the google map
3km but congested with understudied traffic flows wont solve the issue. Its just like we currently taking 20 - 30 mins at peak hour to exit or enter to SA at peak hours for a stretch of 2 - 3km

some may family commitment, ie to send kids off to kindy and stuff that only opens at 7.30 or 8am in the morning and not everyone here have supports from family - i.e. retired dad or mum to help out.

in the evening - who really wants to go home after 9pm after a long working day in town.

I used to travel on odd hours before parenthood, i.e. leave home for work at 6am and return after 9pm...but that will change overtime. SA needs a long term solution over this, and at this rate more housing projects are tapping into the existing meru link, an alternative is inevitable

suggest to do the pest control (i think is the one that u inject chemical in the ground). most of the time sa house will have termites issue. Speak to your neighbor if they would like to do similar treatment to reduce costs.

disregard whether edtai checked with SA, a major blow for not having direct access to the new highway given that the extension in NKVE to 4 lanes are not happening soon and incoming residents in many completed phases of ECOWORLD, north Setia Alam.

hey chill there. just stating the fact traffic situation will be worsen if there is no connecting road to new highway, nothing else.
on the other end. even if there is a drawing in the map it doesnt really represents anything, think otherwise it can be gimmicks to get buyer in.
so peace bro...

would you like to share the artery roads from people of outside coming into SA and use it to go to Highway? <- a selfish thought but honestly that is always in my mind too. when the developer obtain a development order from the city council, there is a concession to build a highway and i trust the highway costs are all embedded in our house price but yet we share the traffic load with the non-SA township....

if u r not targeting anything that is below 500k and new development, why not reach out for subsale. its buyer market now and alot of the owners are willing to reduce their selling price and these old developments ussualy are larger in size and strategically located
