How SA can connect with DASH?
SA>AB>??>??>DASH>>Penchala Link. Any idea how many lanes for this connecting roads? If bottleneck entry may not help to ease the heavy traffic also. This is happening now from SA toll exit and move along to Damai flyover and suddenly the road narrow to 2 lanes in front of EA.....very stressful. |

Hi members, you may read through the fine prints before signing the dotted line on bank letter of offer.
Pls search for this clause - "if you default on any two (2) cumulative monthly instalments during the duration of the Facilities, the Bank shall at its discretion be entitled to vary the Prescribed Rate, which shall thereafter comprise of the following additional interest above the Reference Rate on daily rests or such other rate as the Bank may prescribe on the outstanding balnce". Unless, you are very discipline and always have ample cash to pay promptly every month. Once you are late by 2 times (for HLB case), you are at the bank mercy. The bank can charge you up to 7% or 8%. I checked before i took up my Home Loan. Fyi, MBB is the most generous; it can allow 3 times late. CIMB only allow 1 time late. HLB is 2 times. You may write in to appeal but is at their discretion to give you back the old/attractive rate. If you are not happy, then refinance loh... pay legal fees, valuation fee, penalty fee if loan less than 5 years old...... So members, beware!!!! |
