Totally agree. This lelong unit sure tak jadi and the price will adjust down significantly. If below RM2M, can consider... Just my opinion.

Hi I stay in Setia Alam. The jam is very bad in the morning during weekdays. Normally took me 1 hour from Setia Alam to PJ. I start my journey at 6.40am in the morning. In the evening, the jam is worse. It normally took me 1.15 to 1.30 hours from PJ back to Setia Alam. Crazy! No improvement with the jam now, but situation get worse because a lot of new houses completed in North setia alam and this is get lagi worse once Eco Ardence is VP.

Actually setia alam is nice place to stay if you work in Klang or setia alam itself. For most people where office in PJ or even KL, it's a daily nightmare and this will only get worse because no improvement plan yet from developer.

Same feeling like you. Last time when I just move in around 7 years ago, nice to stay. Not much jam despite long distance from PJ and KL. Now horrible and SP setia dun do anything to the access road but just keep on launch new project.

Hi Yes, you are right. In short still a nice place to stay if you can beat the jam e.g. flexi hour, office in setia alam.... But, IMHO, the jam will get worse since there are a lot of upcoming big township e.g. Setia alaman, Bukit Raja new phases, Eco Ardence.... These developers and Gov have to look into new enter and exit points ASAP.

Just dun put high hope on DASH. Better go and see yourselves before hoot. The connection between DASH and setia alam is not straight forward. Need to pass through some housing area.

Wwow.... Great input....Thanks. But if u work in Setia alam, this is nice place to stay. U can get everything here. But the good township spoilt by those irresponsible developer who keep building but reluctant to invest on the exit points.

This is common issue in Setia alam. Maybe you can go to Setia alam sales office to check because their team is experience in this.
