not necessary... for the current highly developing puncak alam area... the nearest mature township to go is setia alam... to go to northern side would only need 15 mins drive to reach through the cemetery road... less than 20 to SCM... same applies to those shah alam township along PMD... there will be spillover effect... just that you cant see it for now because shoplots in northern side now still dying and alot vacant...

as for the direct route... yea its quite misleading as nothing is happening now... even budget 2018 already mentioned will upgrade the PMD with 40million budget... but no news on this direct link to DASH...

Yes in fact the price is even slightly lower than previous 18 x 65. However this Careya phase is somehow still 20 x 65 but not fully extended like previous.

No worries as near future all the so called cemetery view will be blocked by RSK projects

IMO, there are 2 negative things about Careya, and 1 positive

-ve : On the north side, it is close to cemetary (though not directly facing but prior turning into the parcel from main road u will see cemetary less than 500m from it, estimates)

On the west side, it is close to factory, those which emits smoke from time to time, estimated distance, probably 500m to 1km away.

+ve: close to future connection road to Puncak Perdana which leads to entrance of DASH away. However, it is still a distance away from DASH, estimates at least 5km away.

Thx for sharing. For the air pollution fr factory nearby is actually a myth at least for past few years stay at north side I din face da issue. If the smoke really exist then it shld also affected da coming precinct 11, rimba villa and even Setia duta and eco park already

Really mind to share the exact factory or location as there is industry area with many factories located around. May need DOE attention then

those factory are mainly warehouse..how come got black smoke come out?and i also dont c any big chimney at those factory roof
