the problem is most people know its jam at certain hours....but they still want to leave at this time......

that's why I don't understand those people stuck in traffic jam...and complaint about traffic jam......

its all about choices and options.....something got to give.....

tight footprint. 18' wide after staircase space...you left with 14' or narrower footprint for your lounge and part of your kitchen. same with 1st floor.

also 18' cant fit 2 cars side by side and most households these days have 2 cars or more.

these days not like 20 or 30 years ago where cars are luxury items for this group of homeowners.

I heard someone negotiate with boss.....arrived early to opis and start working but get permission to leave office like 4.30pm...to avoid jam....

the beauty of Malaysia is there are always options and choices.....

if you want to buy the tightest and smallest landed in si beh far place....then dun complaint about traffic jam and cannot park two cars in carporch.

according to info from other thread (a heated thread indeed)....only less than 3% of Malaysians are having USD100k net worth........

unless all the 3% live in Klang Valley.

my point is even though many think that previously properties were cheaper....but banks also tighter and interest rate was higher...(there was no BLR minus....only BLR plus) and fresh graduates will be extremely lucky if you get 2k as starting pay.......therefore buying property was still a challenge for most. Beside, capital appreciation sucked and rental also very low.

Bcos eco ardence only fenced up their individual housing precincts....and there are many more commercial low cost and mid cost apartments within eco ardence.

I didnt know alam budiman is on the other side of setia alam.

What has alam budiman got to do with eco ardence??? They will build a dedicated flyover to bypass toll and setia alam and go direct to alam budiman?
