Jam in PJ area alone ady 30 mins, I believe..

Depends on timing...

From Setia Alam I can reach Kelana Jaya in about 25 mins. 5pm or 6pm something, numerous times..

the problem is most people know its jam at certain hours....but they still want to leave at this time......

that's why I don't understand those people stuck in traffic jam...and complaint about traffic jam......

its all about choices and options.....something got to give.....

tight footprint. 18' wide after staircase space...you left with 14' or narrower footprint for your lounge and part of your kitchen. same with 1st floor.

also 18' cant fit 2 cars side by side and most households these days have 2 cars or more.

these days not like 20 or 30 years ago where cars are luxury items for this group of homeowners.

Some of them got permission work at home. But not workable for some company or position especially supervisor, big coporate will not allow double standard. Taukei can la.

I am doing so except meeting or late appointment. So far so good if I leave at 6.30am from house. Leaving office before 5pm is good also. Waze is compulsory tool every time I go home.

Most importantly buy the house you affordable with. Don't put yourself into economic dilemma. You buy what project 18x65 in setia?

Sacrify about 1.5hours only. It is good for health also other than having peaceful life in SA during weekend.

SA is a good place to stay except this traffic jam issue.

Not too bad loh... is very good to have a shelter over the head now. Those day u bought it so cheap compare to those buy 2day. (hahaha). True is all depends on individual budget and needs. Of course those had budget will go for bigger units and those has small family 18 x 65 just nice. I saw b4 even small apartment less than 900 sq ft, very well deco, whereas i also saw a few Semi D the whole house like warehouse...FULL of things...go inside the house can get lost....(hahaha)... all about how it fit your wallet and all depends on needs

Like my rich uncle, stay in huge bungalow those day, now stay in condominium less than 1300 sq ft as all children's immigrated. Need more time and works if you stay in a bigger units and more things to maintain.

What's the price now for 18x65?

May i ask how come show house unit and actual unit the color design differs so much? Kinda surprised to see that.

Just for office purpose, cheap mah cos can buy strata floor by floor. I have moved in about 1.5 yrs already and until now still can park like a king...

If not mistaken 1st to 3rd floor also same price. I bought it directly from developer near the vp time, my 2nd floor unit is about 408k for 1610sqft. I think the developer had increased their price gradually since the project lanuched.

this is the small unit with balcony (around 850 sq)

But there is some unit is not north south facing.

do not expect good price as too many units available...
