car repair shops better than vacant shops rite?????
looks at the PKNS shops opposite....if they want to occupy free parking lots....why dun they just rent one of the shops there and can literally use the entire car park lots in the whole shop precinct??? |

Cant compare to automobile industry.
New car model out usually mean older model will depreciate further in value. This doesnt imply on property. At least setia takes the initiative not to create a boring row and row of same facaded houses....dont u think its a bit boring and monotonous? Imagine like EG....1000units of same same facade....worse than condos and apartments. |
