car repair shops better than vacant shops rite?????

looks at the PKNS shops opposite....if they want to occupy free parking lots....why dun they just rent one of the shops there and can literally use the entire car park lots in the whole shop precinct???

am not too sure....

usually developer will build slightly more than 2.5s in order to call it 3storey.

if only 2.5s...then they cant sell as 3s....that's my impression after talking to SA before.

Cant compare to automobile industry.

New car model out usually mean older model will depreciate further in value.

This doesnt imply on property.

At least setia takes the initiative not to create a boring row and row of same facaded houses....dont u think its a bit boring and monotonous?

Imagine like EG....1000units of same same facade....worse than condos and apartments.

if you don't want rainbow village....then GnG estate is your best bet.

Individual titles...most owners will want to stamp their best mark on the property de.....unfortunately this is the mentality....

Ecopark cheapest at least 1.9mio
Ardence cheapest 1.3mio

Ecopark only smds and bungalows
Ardence ada low cost housing commercial links smds and bungalowa..

Yes and settlement for workers for their sunsuria apartments which have already completed (in record time i believe).
The piece of land all the way towards casa sonething is belong to sunsuria.

Earlier it was supposed to be suria hills bungalow enclave...not sure now.
