I don't know whether to buy or not this project...
The distance is quite near to KL city...however, I hope there are other entrance to Hijauan Lumayan since using Taman Naga Emas road is not a good option...
Pro's of this project:
1. 1035kps (the biggest in Rumawip category)
2. 20 storey building (not so high, comparted to PandanMas 2, 40 storey building

)
3. Location is very strategic, got option to use toll roads or not
4. Price is considerable good, RM300k, cannot find any apartment with the same price elsewhere in KL, even studio unit cost higher than RM300k
5. The design of the building looks like high-end project.
Con's of this project:
1. I heard that previously Taman Naga Emas residents oppose the development of new high-rise in the area.
2. The area reminds me of the rural area in Mantin (Nilai).
3. Leasehold unit (Difficult to find any freehold unit in KL with the same price)
Perhaps, some one can help me decide to buy or not to buy the project. I have about another week to think about this project.

Dont worry about the Con's of this project, bro.. The residents of Taman Naga Mas who previously opposing the project also buying now..
This area is deep in the Taman area so less cars noise and less pollution.. Just about 5 mins driving through the Taman and u will reach the Besraya highway or u can reach Seri Petaling.. Very convenience
Its super hard to find Freehold property nowadays at KL area, it will be very expensive if u found one..
