guys, I asked ambank and realised that the bank disbursed according to the developer at 20% already.. Next month onwards have to pay rm540 like that for interest.. Anyone paying almost the same amount for the interest? Higher than what I expected to pay o.O

u know right... that is too much for interest... im not sure because im using the islamic loan or something, thats why the interest is high? but it shouldnt be that much different right? im gonna ask the officer/bank to calculate it to show me i guess..

any idea how much interest u need to pay?

mine is islamic loan (im not sure whether there is any difference to conventional) but my interest gonna be like rm 540 next month after i called the bank HQ (Am Bank)..

yea, thats why im asking my banker to check for me.... calculate and show me how they got that amount for interest... im using the islamic loan, shouldnt have that much different with the conventional loan right... i guess...

did u ask whats the interest that u need to pay?

I checked with my banker edi, my Islamic loan is to pay the interest of rm540 throughout the years for constructions.. The amount won't change as long as the building still under constructions..

While conventional loan will pay according to the stage of development.. The more floor built, more money needed by developer, and pay higher interest..

Of coz in the end, the total amount pay either with conventional loan or Islamic loan will be same..

But still I'm paying a lot for next month sad.gif

Anyone here using Islamic loan can confirm this?

i received the mail that the first loan has been disbursed, now i am suppose to receive the letter to indicate the amount of interest that i need to pay...

actually , i called up the bank HQ and asked, i just wanna wait for the letter to arrive then pay the interest..

im still quite surprise up to now that i need to pay RM540 flat (the amount wont change) throughout the constructions... hmm.gif

anyone applied the Am Bank loan like me?
