Yeah, I guess it's terrible to have a full version half year ago and accumulate the update month by month.

Downloading at 31% now

Fuhh.. been waiting a while for it and finally it is released

just in time for my PC which just reformated

save lot of time download one by one from M$.

i'm downloading AutoPatcher November, Full version, does it mean require previous version?

nope.. a full version is including all update

well ok then...another Q, this AutoUpdate is same like Windows AutoUpdate right, it's just this AutoUpdate is ideal for those have slow internet speed or don't have any Internet Connection...

maybe this is 1 of the advantages

autopatcher is a exe files which contains all the updates in it. so download all at once. no need dl 1by1 from microsnail microsoft

Other than that, Autopatcher contains a lot of optional 3rd party stuffs that you might probably need it.

Just to name a few - Sun JRE, UXTheme Patcher, Bootvis etc.

i have this Q, can i just delete the C:\Program Files\AutoPatcher folder?

Instead of deleting the folder, you should Uninstall it instead.

But after uninstalling, you won't be able to use the update for next month release already

ok, say i'm uninstalling it...it won't effect installed module right? it just delete/remove those in C:\Program Files\AutoPatcher...

Once u've uninstalled the AutoPatcher, those stuffs in c:\Program Files\AutoPatcher will be gone. The installed critical updates or wateva updates will still be in ur comp. Don't hav to worry.

ok, i'll take it...pretty hugela in size, 300~400MB if i'm not mistaken...besides, i've got limited space in C:\

Next time you can consider install it in other drives. It doesn't necessary have to be c:\Program Files

December update is already out...

is an alternative for windows update. if you lazy to update from windows update, this one will save your time.

em i've sum Q,if i del the file folder that contain update data like folder that named as "0aa2b1a60a65b8a103d27" n bla bla bla,may i lose my update?i dun like many strange folder in my hard disk..or i should store all the folder in 1 specific folder?help me..

Those folders should be gone once the updates have been applied. If they are not, maybe the installation is still in progress or it didn't get installed properly

Just wanna know is this Autopatcher for English window XP or it also support for Chinese CN,TW windows as well?

well that's because you don't have the full version of AutoPatcher, if i'm not mistaken, full version only in November version, so you're going to download full version and re-run. the error message pops up because, the updater you're going to update is update not full version ...

found other full too, but it appears either in Polish/Norweign/Turkish which isn't supposed to be downloaded . make sure it's English AutoUpdate XP, not AutoUpdate 2003/2000 hopefull it'll help

my friend bought a pc with freedos so he install ahem cd, can he use this to update?
