 Porting to hotlink, still 'no service' after 1 week

Upon checking, the number has been activated with Maxis. Please remove and reinsert the SIM card to check. TQ

Hi hotlink , how I can track my status of port in from other telco since I done the port in yesterday but today I called my telco they say that they didn't accept any port out request and I call hotlink service and they say call the my previous telco but my telco call me to call hotlink . So what do I do now

Dear hotlink, i have bought a new hotlink simcard and reloaded it. If i want port in my digi number to this hotlink sim, what happens to the balance in my hotlink sim card? Will it be brought forward to my port in number?

Your credit balance will remain in your account if port in.

hi hotlink,i want to know my port in status for 0133007645 (digi) ..i filled the form online in hotlink website,not received conformation sms from 23600 until today almost 2 week.. i contacted digi but they said there's no port out request from hotlink..my hotlink number is 0147255631

this is message from digi community :
Based on our checking, we didn't receive any port-out request for 0133007645. Kindly check with Maxis if they receive your online request to port-in. We can only process the request once we receive the submission.
