I wad wondering, for SoHo built under commercial title land,
izzit possible to register utilities under individual name & get residential rate?

i heard that has been done in the past.

One Soho (Subang Soho) is one example. However, so far only TNB allow to change to domestic tariff but not Syabas and Kualiti Alam.

what development is it? but another scenario is this. E.g. Empire Mammoth at Empire Damansara, the electricity meters are under Empire, i.e. Empire purchase the electricity from TNB and bills the owners/tenants at a slightly higher rate. owners/tenants pay Empire for the electricity and not to TNB. in cases like this, it's impossible to change to domestic rate.
