Empire Mammoth at Empire Damansara, the electricity meters are under Empire, i.e. Empire purchase the electricity from TNB and bills the owners/tenants at a slightly higher rate. owners/tenants pay Empire for the electricity and not to TNB. in cases like this, it's impossible to change to domestic rate.
