So, it's possible for anybody to haggle the free voice calls options out of them at TMpoint now?

I haven't been able to do so for my parents-in-law's account, and have been waiting for the telemarketers to call to get it at the same time as an upgrade.

Looks like I was really lucky to be given with free calls. I thought once I upgraded no more, the telemarketer who did my upgrade told me it will be removed. I said OK and proceeded to upgrade. This was in July.

Then fast forward to Oct when TM rolled out 30Mbps plan at RM 179 while I was paying RM 199 since July. Together with others in this thread filed a complaint to MCMC and someone from TM HQ called to ask me walk to the nearest TM to get RM 179. However, she reminded me that my free calls will be removed. In my heart, I was thinking I thought it has been removed in July? I didn't bother at all that time because I just wanted to get the discount only.

Only today I found out my free calls were not removed all this while.

I checked back my screenshot records in previous thread. Apparently after I went to TM Point to get RM 20 discount, I didn't have the free calls in my OCC. Suddenly on the next day, it appeared in my OCC and until today only I found out it was free calls.

After switching to Access Point setup, my routers don't allow me to have IPv6 unless I stick to pure TM equipment.
I still can bear with IPv4 now.

Tomorrow will go back hometown and only come back on 4th Jan. I'll miss my Unifi.

by the way guys, i'm changing that slowpoke default TM router to Asus but i'm now stuck between 2; the RT-N12-D1 and the RT-N12-HP.

the latter is more expensive by RM100.00 but is the difference worth it? Has anyone tried it?

You can't. It's bundled together. I was surprised at first to have seen this being billed to me because it was not stated in anywhere during my sign up nor was I informed verbally on this. You can only terminate it after the 24 months contract period is over.
