I seriously am confused now. Today, I received a call from TM offering me Unifi 30 @RM179 (exclude GST). The package comes with aneka pack and the breakdown mentioned are as follow:
1. Internet 30Mbps (download) 5Mbps (upload) - RM169 (discount RM20) = RM149
2. HyppTV Basic + Aneka Pack = RM30
3. Fixed Line (dect phone) = pay per use / add RM20 for 600mins free calls to all network (TM to TM free forever)
1 + 2, Total mthly = RM179

TM was saying, this is the cheapest deal so far for Umifi advance 30. But how come my brother who initially subscribed for the said package at RM199, now enjoying it at RM169? His package includes Unifi 30 + HyppTV aneka as well, anyone knows?

Around 1.5 mths ago for his condo at a new residential area Setia Alam (near to Setia City Mall). Initially he subscribed the original Unifi 30 package of RM199. However upon the 1st bill (I checked his bill) he's been charged with:
1. Unifi 30 (prorated) - 20/30 X RM169
2. Unifi advance fee - RM169
3. 6% GST

It is clearly mentioned '169' on both line items. Anyone came across the same issue?
