Gud morning guys. I have a problem with my Raptoxx 450watt psu. Sometimes after saving the overclock bios setting, my rig will shutdown for about 2 second before powering back on. Is my psu ran out of juice/faulty?

Rite now I'm using st50f and foxconn mars. The prob is, sometimes whenever I've change the settings in the bios, after saving changes, my pc will power off completely for a few seconds and then reboot. But the changes still effective and so far there's no visible damage (stability, capacitor, mobo surface).

2nd, when i plug in the cooler master "90cfm" fan, my pc will power on for a few second and then power off again, the cycle will repeat until i switch off the power and remove the fan. Everthings fine with my mobo.
