Added on March 22, 2008, 11:26 pmcan some one calculate briefly the wattage i need for my psu

amd althon x2 4800
western digital hdd sata 80gb
biostar ta690
ram pc 800 drr2 1 gb * 2
winxfast 8600Gt 256mb DRR3
1 dvd burner

my comp spec :
intel duo core e5300, gigabyte g2m-es2l , 4gb ddr2 800mhz, 320gb hdd, sarphire hd4670 ddr4 , need how many watt ? .... is it PowerLogic Azzura 2000 comes with 230w continous power psu can support?
