i need some assistance on choosing a correct power supply.

if i use below spec desktop to watch online drama and playing RPG 3D game more than 5 hours ... which type of power supply that i should have? which type of power supply are more stable and stand for long time.

ASUS ENGTX460 1GB D5 TOP 256BIT
