Hi , can i noe wat psu should i take to oc my proc 2ghz and above ? and how many W should i get ?

Neither of the PSU u listed.
Get a 500w true power PSU. Silverstone Element 500w, CM Igreen 500w, Enermax FMA2 460w/535w, Liberty 500w, etc |
