Tech Support Unifi ADV 30 upgrade problem

Hi all, I am using RG-INNATECH-RG4332 and ONU-ALCATEL-LUCENT-I240G for my VIP10. accepted upgrade to ADV 30 only 27 OCT, I just realized my OCC already updated as ADV 30 but when I try to restart my modem and router few time still unable get the upload speed > 10mbps but download speed already reduce to 4.8-5.5mbps. I already done both wired and WIFI test..
Trying to call 100 customer to confirm whether the set up for upgrade is completed because I do not received any SMS or email say that my upgrade is done... I only found out myself on OCC, but 100 claim my upgrade was done on 27 OCT same day....
Any set up can be done before call for technician come over house as I am unable to taking leave for waiting them whole day long.

Yes, you need to restart it. If not the speed will not change ya, called few time claim that I do not received sms or email confirm on my upgrade, but the 100 say I was upgraded on their system. With unlimited call, I bet they found out people sell service for long distance call  ya bro, convert to new free call are better as 600 minute are includes for all line... after finish the 600 minute all TM landline also can unlimited call. current one are suck say is unlimited call but I call even toll free 1800 still kena charge..
