wow... BTU will flash new firmware by restart it ? upgrade to 30mbps need to flash new firmware at BTU ?

do u know wat are u talking ?

to TS , call to 100 , choose technical support . Tell them u having speed issue, tell them probably ur account wasnt config properly at network side . it only take them 5mins to get the job done at their side

Go to ur OCC , create a General inquiry on service quality . tell them ur issue , slow speed at 10mbps only . create several inquiry as well

visit http://speedtest1.unifi.my/tmspeedtest.html do perform several speedtest ,
this is to make sure TM UniFi able to capture the speedtest .
