Sam's Groceria today I went around 5pm the system initially was down, but then the cashier was very helpful and kept trying and resetting the system for us. Haha. Eventually TNB and TM bills it went through. However, isit RM500 or RM1000 per bill per counter? Cos the cashiers kept insisting that only RM500 for 1 bill, 1 counter. TnG system was down though. Isit often Sam Groceria e pay is down?

went yesterday around 2pm. No luck paying TNB but TM no problem. The customer service was closed (citing system down, I DONT BELIEVE THEM ANYWAY ). Acc to one of the cashier, they purposely close to bully the cashiers. The Indian girl (from India) was there but asked me to go to the cashiers to try paying, cannot only come back here. WHAT THE HELL does that mean ? If cashier cannot, come back to you for what? You said your system down mah?

Anyway, many people at the store and only 3 counters open. really WTF ! puke.gif puke.gif

TNB is doing maintenance for its payment portal.  So, epay is not available now.
Check TNB website for more information.

How about other bills? My last paid TNB at Nu Sentral was on Monday, still OK but subsequently few reported on this thread ePay is not working and cannot reload TnG too.
I will probably try again next Friday with my Ikhwan. biggrin.gif

You mean Sam's Groceria right? Im pretty sure Nu Sentral is at KL Sentral only, no Nu Sentral branch at Encorp Strand Mall.

I think he left out a comma. Nu Sentral, Encorp Strand Mall. He's a seasoned customer of Sam's. tongue.gif

Ok, but his last statement stated "any Nu Sentral", so I thought he didnt went to Sam's.

Probably he posted that when he was half awake. laugh.gif

Any counter also accepts, only lane accepts cash, it will be displayed there.

Anyway, I just came back from Nu Sentral, cannot make payment for TNB, hopefully will resume tomorrow. smile.gif
I only bought RM 100 Digi reload and my colleague paid her UniFi.

Thanks Fruitie. Did u actually try to pay TNB, got rejected by Epay, or only ask the staff whether can pay ? Cos some staff will actually say cannot just to do avoid one less transaction .

Bye bye Sam , the party's over. cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif

Guess now I have to apply for more PBB VS for my family members to pay bills thru UOB Payonline.

PBB VS - pay TM
Wise - pay TNB / Syabas

Well, you have your points. I will put blame those who pay more than RM 30k TNB bills. I know two of them and even the CS Manager has told me before.

Again it's over now and we already expected this will happen since long time ago. laugh.gif

So just move on, I will reload in TnG Hub and pay my bills using VOX. biggrin.gif

30k monthly ??? What factory they working at?

Anyway, there were hoo-haas about what card to use if the Wise rumours were true, ended up Sam's cancelled CC payment . What a bummer . laugh.gif

read the full t&c of the card

it has high cashback on paper doesn't mean it has high effective cashback

noted with thanks. I think my best bet would be

MBB Ikhwan Visa Petronas for reloading at Petronas on weekends (8%)

then. Just reload at the main cashier, right? Cos I saw those TnG kiosk at some stations before, so better be safe than sorry. Not written max RM200 like Jaya Grocer so I assume I can do RM500?

The question is how many Petronas accepts TnG reloads with CC? Very rare..

Petrol Stations
Recommended Card(s): MBB Ikhwan Petronas Visa / UOB One / M2C Amex / MBB Ikhwan MC / MBB FCB VS

● Petronas @ Sungai Besi-Puchong Bypass · NO reload service charge · No cashback for HSBC Amanah MPower Visa · M2C Amex: 20180225

Hope no changes as yet smile.gif

been there last Dec 2017. yes, reload at counter, not the TNG Spot booth. not sure about the max reload though, i've tried RM300.

be mindful there is 1% surcharge applicable. reload rm300, surcharge rm3, charge to card rm303. nett nett is about 7.x% cashback, still acceptable  laugh.gif

if you're nearby or passingby, still ok. not worth if purposely drive there from somewhere far. toll + petrol already offset your cb  biggrin.gif
