I reloaded at a Tesco Express but I did not get the 10% rebate from my Wise card??

Please note they charge 1% extra. For example you reload RM100, they will charge RM101 to the credit card. This is on top of the RM0.53 reload charge.

For those who always do transactions in Sam's, please check your points from time to time.

My 75 points were not credited despite my 2x50 points were credited. I called the CS and she said I need to go back to Sam's Nu Sentral within 7 days. I told her I don't have any proof anymore because my receipt was dropped in the box for the Secret Santa contest.

She just asked me to go back to try. I think I still have the credit card slip and even it has shown on my HL Connect the RM 75 went through.

I really don't know how to tell them regarding this unless they watch back CCTV and it will show I did give the cashier my Family card. I always make a habit to check with the cashier if my Family card is already scanned for points collection. For this particular transaction, the lady told me yes.

Any suggestion?

yeah. my 160 points on 26 Nov isnt in also, but the 1400 points which was transacted 5 Dec all in already . Luckily I kept the receipt and have emailed them to check.

The solution to your problem : DO NOT DROP YOUR RECEIPT ON THE SAME DAY. Since you work nearby, photostat it and only drop it the next time you go , or like me , only cut the bottom portion to drop into the box.

It has never happened to me before, so it never crosses my mind to be so careful with it.

Just reload rm 300 touch and go at tesco near senawang tol with uob lady card. No service charge from reloading at there. I get total 3 receipts: Tesco receipt, CIMB receipt (probably they use CIMB to reload it), and Touch N Go receipt. So since there is a Tesco receipt I suppose it falls into the category: cash back 10% at tesco/giant/jaya grocery category in uob lady card ? If then, how long till I see the rebate ?

Btw, uob lady card offer almost finish soon, any idea for a replacement card for it ? Or any news about uob lady card extend the offer ?

Managed to file my case to Sam's today during lunch hours. Unfortunately, the person in charge is on leave and his replacement made a photocopy of my card and CC receipt.

I should be called up soon.

Let's see if I can get back my 75 points.
