hi, the previous forumer was reload on early March, however, i just try to reload within this few days.
The staff straightaway told me no relaod service for TnG and i have question on "is the terminal out of service", they no reply on that just say no reload.
Not even ask me using what payment method.

I am having an old type of Plusmiles touchngo card whereby usage at retail eg tesco, mydin is not possible.
Is it possible I get it replace any where?

Should be. There isn’t any cost mentioned in the FAQ but main issue is need to go to a place with the PUD the only one available now is at CEC Bangsar.

Btw I think this app would allow us to use TnG at LRT saw those terminal with camera at the ticketing gate recently.

I don't mind if I can reload my physical card from the app using CC by just transferring it

Step 6 PUD I asked their CS current location only CEC bangar LOL but if go CEC just go their kiosk to reload using CC LOL unless the PUD got more location then very interesting. Anyhow I saw someone in other thread wrote that there's surcharge when using CC Rm2 like that debit card is free.

Plus doesn't seems to support Amex at the moment. btw the app is broken the CC reload part doesn't work

OK. I was referring to steps in the website.

The Pick Up Device should be that pad that merchants has during physical reload. LOL

If this is the case, I lazy to register.
Seems it is so tedious and I'm not based in KL.

But I believe PUD is easier to deploy than a full kiosk. They even have something call Touch and Go pin where you buy it at probably existing touch and go vendor and enter the pin to top up the app.

If they can do that maybe they can update the vendor touch and go pad, so we just top up in the app and go to any existing touch and go vendor to get the transfer...

only grip is that very likely dont support AMEX but unconfirmed

If this is realizable, I can go to Tesco to initiate the transfer to the physical existing card.
But not sure if merchant will dispute.

I doubt these merchants will provide such service for free. Should have it at TnG own centres around d country.

This will be up to TnG to convince them.
But so far, they have been doing an extremely bad job.
Why? Good example: 10% surcharge while paying parking fee at malls using TnG.

I think different person different answer. when I went downstairs they say cannot use voucher. But upstairs said can, so clearly not everybody knows about it. If u don't mind u can try again, this time ask a different person

I'm not too sure, as when i asked, besides, got few staff also no reply anything about this.
At the end i went to NU Sentral to reload via Kiosk.

Tested doesn’t work with Amex.
