Yes. They were pondering over that project for a very long time before finally coming official about it.

Until Dawn still has better facial animation though.

should be like this, the android is a villain , activates all other android and hence triggers Judgement Day event sort of.

Then the new protagonist appears , you control and fix the story.

The story is about discrimination. About how in a world if androids exist and has conciousness, they'd still be treated like tools, nothing more. It's about putting the player in a perspective in how an artifical intelligence would "feel" in a world of hypocritical humans (which is today anyways).

Don't think that whole judgement day thing fits here.

This looks promising, hope it's more Heavy Rain and less Beyond.

The trailer is giving me a I-don't-feel-so-good feeling:
1. Futuristic cityscape with flashy sign boards
2. Rain at night with wet shiny leather suits
It just reminds me of the Watch Dogs trailer hoax.

Yeah... Heavy Rain was really great. Beyond Two Soul... feel it focus on story instead.

Finally finished Heavy Rain few days ago on my PS4 and it was a blast. The controls are still clunky anyway XD

Next up will be Beyond Two Souls before hitting up Detroit soon

Haha... maybe cause is a 2010 game. Imagine 8 years ago game. Guess Detroit will be better. But the story for Heavy Rain is great. Player can feel it, at least for me.

Yeah, an old game and still has game breaking bugs. Mine crashed once during a cut scene. Another one was very very bad texture streaming during cut scenes too. In the end, I got the good ending. All survived except the killer.

OMG. Dream really come true.

The only boring one iss telltale games.. the novelty wears off because they keep releasing a bunch.

Heavy Rain, Beyond Two Souls, and Life is Strange for example, is a lot better than those.

Pretty ight. How good, is it? I think it's like 8/10 and above good, depends how much you will like it.

If you consider Life Is Strange as the same genre you might want to try A Way Out instead as the addition of co-op to these type of cinematic games is a breath of fresh air. Made by the same company of Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons it is best played with someone on the same couch/someone you are familiar with.

The demo is only like 2.9 gb , hardly anything to waste on. Most modern day MMORPG have patches of that size regularly .
Doesn't hurt to try it out .


Played through the demo a little , love that support of HDR . Unfortunately there's not other setting to mess with


Game looks good but it is definitely not running on native 4k or even cb 4k , more like 1440p .
Let's hope the final build will have something to surprise us.

^ I counted 1600p-ish. Hard to pinpoint because of all that temporal AA going on.

Anyways, the annoyance I have with the game is that they reverted to that Heavy Rain style of interacting with objects. Drawing half circles or quarter circles? Ehh.
Beyond Two Souls controls were way better, hope they have an option to change to that.

Yep that's my problems with the game , the interacting sequence is clunky . 1600p is not that too bad but when they are using TAA the game looks kind of blurry at times.

The game is actually running at checkerboard 4k according to Digital Foundry's analysis

Anyways, I hope the final release has a rewind feature. Ain't got time to go through the game 8 times just to get different endings.

i able to finish 5 ending got 1 ending cannot unlock dont know why...

i never play beyond 2 soul or heavy rain, imo no offense is different new style of gameplay but due to i play too much ending and find out that...arent abit boring just to scan everything every single incident?? just imo...other than that is a good game but i still 50/50 whether to buy or not

i just played the demo yesterday, seems like there's a time frames and you need to collect as many evidence as possible before been called to approach the enraged android, i end up been dragged together by the android while the girl is safe ~_~

did not have that problem. I took my time about 30 minutes searching the place and the girl did not die. Only 1 dead is the guard.

gonna play at 12 sharp later until subuh. Hopefully no gamebreaking bugs.

The game looks good overall, the only bad reviews I saw is mostly talking bad about the writer, very negative to a point that it clouds their judgement on the game.

The game looks freaking good and that is an understatement.

Game is drowning in heavy post processing effects and they run at lower resolution that's why the sky and background looks a little blurry even for the high quality TSAA . The film grains effect adds to the cinematic atmosphere . There are a lot of lightings and reflection in this game and they make a very good use of HDR , subtle and not overpowering the environment yet easily distinguishable , especially on the neon and lens flare effects .

Even on 4K screen the character and object look smooth and fluid , each of the walking character ( beside the androids )on the street have a different body shape and face , that speaks of an impressive amount of effort poured into the game. Playing the game on a 4K HDR is like eating ice cream for the eyes for graphic wh0res like me


I enjoyed the stories so far , although some of those plot twists might have been a little too predictable . A lot of daily chores to do in this game its becoming tedious .
Game made use of the DS4 's accelerometer and gyroscope a lot , along with the touch pad . Fun stuff
