I bought a new laptop ROG GL552VW in end of September. After I used have problem, the problem is once I output to my BenQ 27”Inch monitor XL2730Z have a bit lagging and look like delay a bit no matter I play game or do work still same, if i use laptop without monitor sure no problem. After that I try my 13’macbook and my brother’s GS60 connect to this monitor everything is fine and work very smooth , can play game and no lagging. I’m’ very tired to try and find out the problem. Then I sent to Low Yat Asus service center for service and ask them what’s the issue, I want them replace new laptop for me and try cause its in 7 days I though can replace new one but they don’t allow want me wait 7 working days. Then I wait after 4 days they called me said they can’t find out any issue maybe it’s my Monitor problem. But I already tired my other laptops to connect my monitor everything is fine. Then they said will help me check again, after 3 days they called me again want me go to collect the laptops. Once I collect at their they said my laptops already fixed. When I bring back connect to monitor still the same issue. Lagging, delay and really can’t play game like this. Then I called back to service center again ask them why my laptop still the same issue when they told me already fixed. They still keep blame its my monitor problem make me very mad and service center don’t have responsibility. After that they want me send back to service center again. Really pissed off like this. I though ASUS brand is good even service center also but its not what you think. Very very bad. I also try another monitor Dell also same issue lagging & delay. They ask me don’t use monitor play, but why I need use monitor. Because once I play game with this ROG GL552VW its will very heat and gonna burn my hand, I also have told service center about this heat but still same after service. That’s why I use output to monitor and play with keyboard and mouse. Very regard to buy this laptop.

Your laptop comes with Skylake chip, RAM DDR4 and Win 10 ?
Did u asked them to try out on a monitor in front of them and did they know what exactly the problem is?
Well, as most of us should know that asus malaysia after sales and service is sucks. Like tachlio said, try your luck when u buy asus laptop. And their laptop not cheap also.....if got defect one....gg...

anyway.. did u update ur os.. bios? or any latest driver??
all the while, i am interesting in MSI because come with a lot of gaming features and wanting to buy a good gaming laptop. I bought GL552VW cause I got a good offer price. I never expect that I will facing such warranty issue after buying.

Always join the MSI Dragon Army when looking for a notebook with gaming features.
Hope your warranty issue resolve soon though and can continue gaming.
