i have got my dell 7559 dos, however after installing windows 7, i cant seem to install any driver coz theres no usb/wifi/optical, is there anything i can do?

Pascal mobile in GTX1070m and GTX1080m will be lauch around 8 weeks later, from this computex. Nvidia target embargo in btween 1st week to 3rd week august.
