Thanks for the updates.

Glad to see that Lenovo and Acer coming up with their new lineup with GTX10 series GPUs.
Lenovo Legion Y520 i5/GTX1050~3399 base model with IPS panel is more worth than Dell 7567@3899 with lackluster TN panel.
Wish resellers will pressure Lenovo for Y520 with i5-7300HQ/GTX1050Ti/IPS/4GB/1TB, it will be the best choice for budget gamers if it price right.

Available base model Y520@3399 with IPS screen is the best bang for the buck.
Upcoming i7 variants are not worth it.
Lenovo lineup miss the sweet spot with i5/GTX1050Ti(4GB).

Asus budget FX gaming series (FX502VM(GTX1060)/ FX553VE(GTX1050Ti)/ FX553VD(GTX1050), etc) mainly target for market (like China) where there are stiff competition for price/performance among OEMs.

Local Asus is now refreshing their ROG gaming series. Let hope they will lineup the budget FX series later.

Im quite surprise that Acer prompt to lineup their new budget gaming model Nitro 5 with GTX1050 & Aspire 5 with MX150 or RX540, as they previously launched their VX5 quite slow.

Now, Nitro 5 will compete with Y520@3299.
Wish Acer/Lenovo will bring the budget friendly laptop with i5/GTX1050Ti to us.

Entry level Pascal GPU GeForce MX150 is the sucessor of GT940mx, both consump around the same power but MX150 estimate to perform between GTX950m & GTX960m according to notebookcheck. We expect major OEMs will start refreshing their laptop soon.

Looking forward for Ryzen laptops to compete with Intel laptops.
Glad to see that AMD start lineup their laptop with Polaris GPU RX540.
