there is a case once happen to Lenovo Y series comes with not so good display.. and the shop offered an aftermarket IPS panel with some fees.. happens 3-4 years back if I remember it correctly.. maybe storm88 can clarify this
iirmc, storm88 carry some nice LG IPS FHD wide color Gamut display panel. He do customization of LCD/ram/SSD for his Commandos clevo gaming series & other laptops. Wonder he is carring Inspiron 7567 or ROG FX502VM? Can upgrade it with him.
So is it confirmed the Dell comes with a TN panel? Quite disappointing if it does. Although currently at 3999 its quite a tempting buy.
Insp 7567 & 7566 use the same display panel with FHD TN 45%NTSC in China. It should be same here. Thats the trade off to get the best price/performance similar like ROG FX502VM with GTX1060. There are different between budget TN/IPS panel and a better TN/IPS with wide color Gamut panel. Not all IPS panel are good & not all TN panel are bad. u can change it to IPS panel or consider other model with IPS screen like clevo gaming series commandos G15EXIII/G17EXIII, Illegear Q5/Q7. etc.

Can anyone tell me one reason why I should stick to dell and one reason why I should change my mind to asus?
Portable ROG FX502VM with GTX1060 is the best bang for the buck for budget gamers on the go. It use the same chassis/cooling designs of ROG STRIX GL502 series with TDP upto GTX1070/GTX980m.
Unfortunately the stock is very limited and mostly sold out. Good luck.
ROG FX502VM with GTX1060 is more portable [23.5mm,2.2kg] with cooling designs upto GTX1070, its more worth than Insp 7567 with GTX1050Ti & cooling designs for GTX1050Ti. U just need to check thoroughly the laptop when u buy to avoid any warranty hassle, ask for 1 to 1 exchange if not satisfy. u are good to go if everything are ok.

Thats marketing gimmick . Both are ori set if model No./spec are same. They jacked up the price above the retail selling price due to shortage & popular demand . FX502VM normal selling price around -+4.6k when arrive.

Its not worth it for FX502vm@5199 unless u want to get slaughter. Suggest u to search hard for it or wait for the restock, its worth it for the best bang for the buck.
Dell 7567 best pick is i5/GTX1050Ti should sell around -+3.8k, no significant gaming performance gain for i7 vs i5. i7 consume more power/generate more heat/CPU often throttling vs i5. i7/8GB variant selling around 46XX extra 900 is not worth it for gamers unless u are running CPU intensive task.
If u really need i7, u can also consider customizable rebranded Clevo gaming series Commandos G15EXIII. It use Clevo barebone N850HK1 similar like Q5 or AftershockPC MX15-Elite. It default with IPS FHD matte screen, dual fans/heatpipes cooling, full RGB keyboard. Do enquire for CNY promo if interested.
