Dear Maxis,
I am also experiencing high latency to steam server, the rectification has been on going for months now, which is unacceptable. Since maxis is not be able to provide an ETA, i like to request for rebate for the bill until maxis can give a reasonable solution instead of generic we are aware and working statement. I use my line mostly for gaming, and this ping make the online experience very frustrating. I have waited for one month for improvement but maxis progress does not convince me anymore.
I am not trying to take advantage on the situation, but i don't believe paying for a unreliable service is fair to the customer.
Please revert with some proposal for rebate, before i bring this to SKMM like many have done. Please pm me for my account details.
Summary, a solid ETA of fix or rebate.
