any good rooting method for the new N910CXXU2COJ5 firmware? Last firmware update to 5.1.1 was a hellish experience for me < (my fault for not doing all the reading properly thought tongue.gif)

guys is it only my Note 4 or what? Its screen will turn on (not all the time) when I move the phone. At first I thought accidentally press the power button but later did make sure I never press it. Mind boggling.

my phone battery life increase after the latest update of 910CXXU2COJ5. Usually battery will gone at least 20% after I fully charge before sleep and woke up after 6 to 7 hours. Now, the idle time of 6 to 7 hours only reduce 7% to 5%.

there only 1 way to root 5.1.1
off phone > boot into download mode > flash twrp recovery using odin (make sure auto reboot is untick) > finish flash pull the cable and battery, on phone by holding home + power + volume up, flash any kernel or custom rom to get rooted

this one is ok. but carefull if you use UAG case or something similar... bad installation can make it not stick... since the case will cover the side screen as well..

I've already rooted my previous 5.1.1 on N910CXXU1BOC3 by flashing the kernel, if I flash this N910CXXU2COJ5, I have to reflash the kernel again or can I skip this step?

Quite happy with the performance and battery life. Watched almost 2 hours of Flash/Gotham last night. It's almost noon now and I still have 39% of battery life left.

When I first got this phone I hated the app switching speed (triggered from the left capacitive button) and it always lagged. But with each Samsung update it's definitely better and is now instant.

I am using Nova Launcher, and not the default Samsung launcher.
