After updating my Nexus 5 to Marshmallow, I've experienced WiFi drain (even when WiFi is turned off) and USB connection problems (file transfer especially).

I think Samsung has better QA than LG/Google so hopefully the Nexus 5 Marshmallow problems are just Nexus 5 problems.

weak signal for celcom if you're using LTE/WCDMA/GSM, switch to WCDMA/GSM and you'll get better signal reception but no LTE lol..
