KM2 will be developed in four phases over a land area of 12.24 acres. KM2 will feature four blocks of 22-storey and 33-storey condominiums totalling 1,500 units with sizes ranging from 850 square feet to 2,200 square feet and is projected to be launched by the first quarter of 2019.

the showroom construction is already in progress, you mean they will take more then one and a half years more to launch it ?

oh its 2019 ! more then two years from now ??!! then why are they building the showroom for early ?

The showroom is re-constructed due to Residensi Lanai will be taking the place of the existing showroom site.

OIC, so they will be launching LINK 2 2nd phase, KM2 then Le World ? where is Le world located ?

1061 units in link 2 then 1500 units in KM2. All 'very luxury condos' with 1000+ units.

All greedy developer, 1500 units how to own stay, ppl in taman esplanade will curse berjaya for sure. Too much.

Wow, more "luxury" than Mont Kiara condo..
Luxury should be low density.

Seems better than all the others condos here.
There's fact that nearer to Lrt stations is a plus point
