Bro since ypu ate in this field, may I ask a question.  If the works done by the workers / contractors are not as per the specifications or requirements, so the consultant / project manager / QA team will not sign off, and so next stage of works won't be able to be carried out - is my understanding correct?

Thanks for your info bro.  Then it's also possible that the pics of those "seemingly shobby works" (still subject to verification) were taken prior to inspection and may have to be reworked /rectified in order to pass the requirements and proceed to next stage of works

Hmm yea, it's really crucked. On that sense, I must agree with you. It's it better to suggest to EW to specified where's the wiring location than saying that the drill will cause electrocuted? You've good knowledge but in a wrong manner. I thought there's an earth that will trip the electricity than causing you electrocuted? So what is the remedial action that you're asking for then? Relocating the conduit and wiring or making it straight up the wall? Even so, does that prevent from you being electrocuted if the reroute been done?

CONQUAS rules, wire mesh after the conduit concealed is what people do to prevent hairline crack. I heard Ecoworld mentioned that they did but I didn't see that myself so I can't comment.
To trace a junction box location is not difficult, just refer to where your Column is

lol I'm also a certified REVIT (BIM) user. That cert has been accumulating dust  Tell me what you know bout Malaysian Practice ? What is LOD that you're practicing? LOD = Level of Details.
Tell me how you see a drawing in the site with your BIM? What's the problem with the standard AUTOCAD if you're printing the same paper for constructing the site?

How to trace a conduit in the wall is not by using BIM, don't mislead the other purchaser. So you think everyone has a revit to check whereabout the conduit is? Come on, you must be joking 
So to print out a copy of location with AUTOCAD if and only if you need to just to trace that conduit, don't it just easier to ask them to mark down or tell you in your house where they do it?
We are developing country. We work best with Autocad. Mind me, I'm not saying REVIT is bad. But my point is, does it even related to whether the conduit is traceable or not whether to use BIM?
Tell me which landed property using REVIT since you're a developer. Do you practice that? Revit has been using when we deal with certain level of complexity to avoid VO. So now you're saying ALL REPUTABLE DEVELOPER using that ... Are you referring to Malaysia, my friend?
