I am thinking EM should upgrade the progress pic in their website on monthly basis. This is what SEH practice for their project. Since EW having sps DNA, it should follow the same way and EM's price is much higher than SEH.

I suggest for all purchasers to ask ECW to not plaster the units and all purchasers can go see with own eyes,they r good in cheating purchasers by having good look outside but kampung workmanship in d house n high maintenance cost at the end, Sps n ew team never known for good quality n just mass housing developer like setia alam n jb.. They have not seen luxury terrace house quality like desa park city, bdr utama n sime darby or I&P

I am not from construction line, so I really dunno what's is future defects can be happened from the on-going construction of the bricks and buildings.

I just took a lunch with an uncle who previously spent 14 yrs as Project Manager and building management background with one of the top developer and I took the opportunity to show him the photos, what was going wrong. Even he told me he not sure but needed a site visit to clarify further. Perhaps he not experienced enough but at least 14 years. I not sure what he explaining to me either.

Even he cannot see, how am I gonna read from the photos? Not even Joey Yap.

Tmr , my informer will be at site again for photos n monitoring to see how is the redo progress n nail on issues
