Malaysian clients are not willingly to pay for the value of the designer's / developer's work. Then they will look for cheaper alternatives. And there goes some designers that are willingly to spend their time and effort accommodating the client's price.

Hell, even if using hour rates; the clients here will nego with you after done

Try to productize your service. It's easier to quote that way.
There's a reason why a lot of designers joined MLM.
