hehe, Henna has a good facility & landscape design concept...
Heard the structure is adopting post-tensioned for the unit structure. Normally this system is only adopting for non-resi unit (carpark or others, bcoz of efficient design & good cost).. Hacking, coring through the slab is very very very problematic to it, hope the unit owner is aware and not doing anything on it, hope the developer will revert the decision on that. Good luck for permanent owner. |
